Launch of New Electronic Records System
Starting Monday, June 23, 2025, we will be transitioning to a new electronic records system. This upgrade is designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our services, ensuring we continue to provide the highest level of care for your pets.
Temporary Adjustments to Operating Hours
We will be closed from 1:00pm on Friday, June 20th through 1:00pm on Monday, June 23rd to facilitate this transition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services. We recommend planning any medication pickups prior.
Update to Texting Number
As of June 23rd, our texting number will be changing. Going forward, please use our hospital number: (603) 895-3163 for all your text communications with us.
Temporary Disruption to Online Booking
There will be a temporary pause to our online booking services starting on Friday, June 20th. We are working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible and will let you know as soon as online booking is available again.
Expect Longer Visit Times
During this period, your visits may take a bit longer as our team adjusts to the new system. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and to ensuring that your pets receive the best care.
