Shadow Boxer 🖤
This handsome young man is as sweet as they come—just look at that adorable heart-shaped nose! Shadow Boxer needs a little time to settle into new surroundings, but once he feels safe, his true personality shines. He becomes a curious, playful boy with a big purr and an even bigger heart.
He loves morning cuddles, enjoys hanging out nearby, and is happiest when he can simply be close to his people. His unique name comes from his early days, when he was so unsure of the world around him that he would randomly "box" at the air in defense of absolutely nothing. As he's gained confidence, that behavior has all but disappeared, and he has blossomed into a true love bug in his foster home.
Even when he's comfortable, Shadow Boxer isn't shy about what he wants. He'll make it very clear when he's looking for attention and when he'd prefer some space. A family that can understand and respect his independent nature will be rewarded with a trusting, affectionate, and incredibly sweet boy.
Shadow Boxer does have a harder time adjusting to new environments than some cats, so patience will be key to helping him thrive. If you're willing to give him the time he needs to feel secure, you'll be rewarded with a loving companion who is absolutely worth the wait. 🏡🐾❤️
