Hi everyone! Just a friendly scheduling reminder 💛
I know many of you like to book a set of appointments in advance, which I truly appreciate! Please make sure you are keeping track of when your last scheduled appointment is and either booking additional appointments at pickup or reaching out to me ahead of time to schedule more. I am currently booking through August.
At this point, I do have to leave this responsibility in my clients’ hands. I always do my best to keep track when I can, but with 350+ clients and being a one-person business, it’s unfortunately no longer possible for me to manage everyone’s schedules individually.
I also completely understand that summer is such a busy and fun time of year, and cancellations do happen! I just ask for patience and understanding on my end as well, as I have very little flexibility when it comes to rescheduling appointments right now.
I also need to stay firm on my working hours and days off. My lucky grooming hand hasn’t been feeling its best lately, and I want to make sure I’m able to continue showing up and giving every Pampered Pup the care and quality they deserve. 🐾
