Tuesday means The Cut & The Cook, and today we're talking osso bucco 🥩✨

Osso bucco is a rich, flavorful beef cut from the shank, taken from the lower leg of the cow. It's a favorite for braising, slow cooking, roasting, and simmering into something incredibly tender.

It's especially great in the crockpot or Dutch oven, where low and slow cooking brings out all that deep, beefy goodness. Fresh garden herbs like rosemary, thyme, and parsley pair beautifully with it 🌿

It's Tuesday, so it's time for The Cut & The Cook! 🥩

This week we're featuring marrow bones, cut from the leg bones of the cow and known for their rich, buttery marrow.

They're great roasted, spread on toast, or simmered into homemade bone broth. 🍲

We're also including a recipe for canoe-cut marrow bones, making them easy to cook and enjoy.

Our marrow bones come from Black Angus beef that is pasture raised, no hormones or antibiotics, Prime, and locally butchered.
