🐾 Meet Indio – A Big Heart Looking for His Forever Home! 🐾
Looking for a loyal companion who will be your best friend through every adventure? Meet Indio, a 2½-year-old Labradoodle weighing over 70 pounds. This handsome boy has worked incredibly hard in foster care and is ready to find the family he deserves.
When Indio first entered rescue, he didn't know the best way to ask for attention. With patience, love, and consistency, he's learned that he doesn't have to bark, whine, or jump to earn affection. He has blossomed into a loving, well-mannered dog who simply wants to be close to his people.

🏡 Relaxing comfortably in his kennel
Indio enjoys having another dog to play with and currently shares his foster home with an Aussiedoodle. He's an enthusiastic playmate and is continuing to learn to respect other dogs' boundaries and play styles.
🎓 Indio recently completed two weeks of one-on-one professional training and exceeded expectations! His future family should be committed to reinforcing his training so he can continue to thrive.

Meet Pixie – A Tiny Lady with a Heart Full of Love! 💕🐾

At 12 years young, Pixie proves that the best companions only get sweeter with age. This adorable little Chihuahua is looking for a loving new family due to an unexpected change in her current family's circumstances. While this decision wasn't easy, the hope is to find her a forever home where she'll be cherished for the wonderful little dog she is.

Pixie is a gentle, friendly girl who loves people and enjoys spending time curled up beside her favorite humans. She gets along well with other small dogs and cats, making her a wonderful addition to a calm, loving household.

She's already **spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all of her vaccinations**, so she's ready to settle right into her new home.

Pixie may be a senior, but she still has plenty of love to give. She's happiest when she's close to her people, whether that's relaxing on the couch, following you around the house, or simply soaking up affection.

ADOPTED Meet Neptune 💜💜

Neptune is around 6 months old chocolate lab, husky, pitbull mix. She’s a little survivor with a heart as big as her name. After a rough start in life, this sweet girl is finally getting the love and care she deserves and she’s absolutely blossoming because of it!

Neptune -
• LOVES toys
• Does so great with other dogs
• Does well with cats & kids
• LOVES snuggles
• Crate Trained
• Basic Commands

Neptune has had multiple procedures as she has an ectopic ureter. After her most recent procedure it seems to have solved her incontinence problem, but if not then this can be managed with long term medication. Watching her kidney function with labs will also be important. Her numbers are normal right now, but there is a chance that could change.

Despite everything she’s been through, Neptune is incredibly loving, smart, and eager to bond with her people. She’s getting along great with other dogs in her foster home. She has a playful puppy spirit and is learning what it means to just be a happy, carefree pup. Toys, snuggles, and discovering the world are quickly becoming her favorite things.

She’s working on potty training, knows basic commands, is crate trained.

She’s still a baby, so she’ll need a family committed to helping her continue to grow in confidence with patience, structure, and lots of love. Neptune is already showing how resilient and loyal she is, and with the right home, she’s going to make an amazing lifelong companion.

Washington is in a crisis. Our shelters and rescues are overwhelmed with cats in need because affordable spay/neuter is so limited. We hear daily of cats who are abandoned, homeless, and suffering because they were born with nowhere to turn. The feral population continues to rise. The cost of care is often unattainable. This problem continues to grow, and has been hurting our community for far too long. We NEED more spay/neuter. We NEED change.

Dash is a 2 year old neutered male, black shorthair cat.

Dash is an active, affectionate kitten who can be skittish at first, around new people, however that usually does not last long.

Dash loves to play with the other cats in hi foster home. He also loves playing with boxes and brown packing paper. He enjoys snuggling, sit on laps or sitting next to you, or even sleeping on the bed with his foster parents. One of his favorite toys is catnip chew sticks.

He has been around other cats and large cat-friendly dogs in his foster home and does well with them.

He has not been around children in his foster home.

Dash would do best in a home with another cat to play and nap with as he is very friendly with them and loves to be close!

His adoption fee is $200.

All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, negative for FIV&felv, and have been treated for parasites.

Speedy is a 2 year old spayed female, longhair , black and white cat.

Speedy is a sweet, friendly young cat. She wants to be around people. She seeks attention and loves to be petted and brushed. She will meow a greeting or answer to her name, however she is generally quiet.

She is curious and loving, though skittish at first. She quickly want to know what is going on. She is very friendly and open with humans very quickly. But new situations and objects take a minute. But she definitely wants to know what things are and while she is curious, she will explore cautiously.

She doesn’t like being away from her person. She likes to be where you are, usually sprawled out so she can be properly admired.

Though she doesn’t love being help, she allows herself to be picked up. She prefers being petted over snuggling.

She is not a big lapcat yet, she might change her mind in the future.

She is a laid-back cat for the most part. She doesn’t play too much, though she likes her cat-nip ball.

We do not know how well she likes other adult cats. She cares very much for her kittens.

She is wary but curious about the dogs in her foster home. She would be fine with a dog that leaves her alone or is respectful.

We do not know how she would be with small children.

Speedy would love a family who has time to spend with her and give her the attention that she craves for being a very loving cat. She might do well in a multi-pet household as long as she is given the time to acclimate.

Her adoption fee is $200.
