Had 2 pregnant females today. 1 was to far along. The other one, didn't even know she was pregnant. So that's 1 momma that won't be a birthing machine anymore.

Look at this!!! This is Maple. The nose less cat that came in. Was told to assist over the rainbow. Yall helped her live. Yall helped pay for testing to prove it wasn't the big C. And Yall helped pay for the meds. Now YALL bask in her recovering. LOOK at her now!!! She is still the fill in mom for couple kittens. But she can breathe relatively normal. She does snore now BUT she's not breathing out of a hole in the top of her nose. I can't thank yall enough. She will be up for adoption soon thanks to y'all. So if interested reach out.

I am vaccinating all the kittens here in preparation of transportation I'm hoping. This includes Sal, Tipsy, Milo, and Velvet. And if they will take any more i will make that decision on which ones then.
Skull kitty (Special Edwina) is doing phenomenal. Her paw is still sore but pretty sure she gets to keep it. Will be doing recheck once Dr Jana gets back.
The yardsale didn't do as well considering it rained most of the weekend.
I had an emergency intake a couple days ago. His name was Jackie. He had a degloved tail and puncture wound with maggots on both. He also apparently had internal injuries. Unfortunately he passed last night. RIP Jackie. I didn't post because the person that found him was going to take him back but it was just to much for his little body. He was only 4 weeks old and 1.05 lbs.

Never a dull moment. This adolescent was relocated today. He's only approximately 4mths old and already weighs in at 20 lbs. This is the 2nd raccoon and 1 opossum yesterday. As you can see they can destroy traps. They are eating the sanctuary out of house and home but still deserves to live so relocation is the answer. I do have new property owners permission.

Everyone, meet Taylor, the feral cat from Walmart who's getting a second chance. After a check-up at The Ark Animal Hospital, we're thrilled to discover he's a relatively healthy one-year-old boy. While he does need eye removal and possibly hernia repair, his lungs and heart are in great shape. With surgery, he's looking at a bright future. We're grateful for the donations so far and are now fundraising to cover his expenses. Taylor is safe, resting, and receiving pain meds, and we're working on socializing him.
