Sweet Sahara is shy, but when her foster mom steps outside, she lights up with the softest, sweetest excitement.
She jumps up and down, side to side, mouth open in a big smile, ears flapping as she tries to be brave, just for her person. Right now, Sahara is living outside in the heat, and every day under the hot sun, she dreams of what it would feel like to finally be inside, in the cool AC, with her people close by.
She wants to lay on a soft bed, feel the breeze from the vent, and wag her tail when you walk by, not just when you come outside. She wants to know what it feels like to be safe, cool, and loved.
Sahara may be shy at first, but once she trusts you, her gentle happy dance will warm your heart every day. She is ready for a home that will give her the time she needs to settle in, a quiet space to decompress, and the kindness she’s been waiting for.
