🚨 RYDER NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER! 🚨

Ryder is a VERY energetic, playful, incredibly cute boy who is looking for a home where he can really let his personality shine!

We are looking for a foster or adopter who can give Ryder:
🏠 An ONLY-cat home. Ryder is FeLV positive and has previously been tested with other FeLV-positive cats. He prefers having his people all to himself, so he must be the only cat in the home.

🐾 SPACE to run, explore, climb, and be his wild little self. We think a home with more room to explore could be a wonderful fit for him.

🎯 LOTS of interactive play! Ryder LOVES to hunt, chase, pounce, and play. Laser pointers are a favorite, and he takes great pride in absolutely destroying his toys.

❤️ PEOPLE who will give him plenty of attention, playtime, and mental stimulation. Once Ryder gets his energy out, he can be incredibly sweet and loves to hang out with his people.

Ryder is a cat with BIG energy and an even bigger personality. He is silly, entertaining, affectionate, and always ready for his next adventure. We think the right home could make a huge difference for him!

We need a foster or adopter who is ready for a high-energy, only-cat household and can give Ryder the space and enrichment he needs.

RuPawl is bringing fluffy glam, quiet confidence, and a very firm “please respect my boundaries” energy. 💅🖤

At about 11 months old, RuPawl is still figuring out that people can be pretty great. She’s a shy, sensitive girl who needs time to settle in, but lately she’s been making progress and even allowing some gentle pets when she feels comfortable.

One thing RuPawl is absolutely sure about? Other cats are fabulous. She loves feline company and seems much braver when she has a friendly cat nearby, so we think she’d thrive in a home with a calm, social kitty who can help show her the ropes.

Her other favorites include wet food, wand toys, and humans who don’t rush the relationship.

RuPawl isn’t looking for an adopter who expects instant cuddles. She’s looking for someone patient enough to let trust build at her pace—and lucky enough to watch her personality emerge little by little.

Give this fluffy queen the time and security she needs, and we have a feeling her glow-up is going to be spectacular. ✨🐾

Join Ten Lives Cat Rescue for a fun evening of creativity, community, and compassion at our Paint Your Pet fundraiser! 🎨

Select a photo of your beloved pet (or two pets!) and create a one-of-a-kind portrait with guidance from our Paint Your Pet artist, Ally! Before the event, Ally will hand-sketch your pet’s portrait onto your canvas so you can focus on bringing it to life during the Paint Your Pet experience. No painting experience is necessary! Ally will guide you step-by-step while providing all the supplies you need to create your masterpiece.

Your ticket includes your canvas, painting supplies, hand outlining of your pet portrait, preparation time, and instruction.

Guests will also have the opportunity to shop Ten Lives merchandise and participate in raffles throughout the evening.

All proceeds benefit Ten Lives Cat Rescue’s Community Cats Program, which provides lifesaving spay/neuter services for cats in our community. Your support helps reduce cat overpopulation and ensures more cats receive the care they need.

At just 9 months old, Figara is a certified feline enthusiast. Other cats? Obsessed. Wand toys? Absolutely. Churu? A compelling argument for the existence of humans.

Figara is still figuring out the people thing, but she’s curious, playful, and getting braver every day. Her dream home has a friendly feline companion, plenty of playtime, and humans happy to let her build trust at her own pace.

She may not be your lap cat just yet — but she could very well be your cat’s new best friend. 💚

We want to share an update on Jax, a 9-month-old cat who was recently adopted and escaped from his new home just days after arriving. He has been missing since August 1.

Our team sprang into action as soon as we learned he was missing, knowing how important it was to get him safely trapped and home as quickly as possible.

Since then, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to work alongside individual trappers in the area and Angelcat Haven-Feline Rescue, who have helped with feeding, setting and monitoring traps, watching for sightings, and distributing flyers.

Jax has moved from the area where he initially escaped from, but we believe there may have been a possible sighting further down the road. We’re following every lead and continuing to work toward bringing him home.

We haven’t given up on Jax, and we won’t.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has stepped up to help us search for him. We know how much goes into bringing a scared, displaced cat home, and having others willing to jump in alongside us has meant so much.

Come home, Jax. We’re still looking for you. ❤️

📚🐾 Ten Lives is pleased to announce our first Poet in Residence: Meowa Angelou.

The only question is… would she be a fit for your residence? 🏡

At just over a year old, Meowa is a prolific young artist whose current body of work explores movement, speed, and the eternal struggle between cat and red dot. 🔴 Her creative process involves sprinting the length of the house, stopping briefly to investigate a toy, and then blasting off again. Her beloved trackball is another frequent source of inspiration.

When the muse—and the zoomies—finally subside, Meowa can often be found napping beneath the easy chair.

Meowa arrived at Ten Lives nervous and unsure, but with time and patience, she has blossomed into a sweet, playful girl with the cutest little meow and a growing appreciation for affection. She’s not quite a lap cat yet, but she’s made wonderful progress, and we’ve loved watching her confidence grow. 💕

Meowa is looking for a quiet, patient home with plenty of room to run and people who will let her continue blossoming at her own pace. She could be perfectly happy as your one and only or sharing her home with a feline friend or two.
