Hi everyone. I am Rose. I was rescued from a kill shelter when I was put on the LIST. The overcrowding in the shelters here in Mena, AK causes sweet dogs like me to fall through the cracks before we have a chance to find our perfect homes. I am the perfect age, 18 months, weigh 35 pounds, and I am a people pleaser and easily trainable.
Now I am living outside with other rescued dogs and have loved it. I get along with big, little, old and young. When you look at me you can see that I am focused on the person with the camera. This shows my intelligence. I pay attention to understand exactly what is expected of me. I haven't lived in a house but the people in the shelter believe that I won't be hard to housetrain.
