For those of our customers who purchase Northwest Naturals through us we want to apologize that we have not been able to supply you with your food. There has been an extremely long outage and the company has not given us any information about when we can expect to see it again.

That being said we have done some research and we are bringing in two brands to cover the protein options we are missing from Northwest Naturals. One is a brand called Steve's Real Food, which we already carry in freezedried and the other is called Instinct.

Steve's comes in 5 pound bags and 9 pound boxes of nuggets and it's very similar in ingredients to Northwest naturals. We will be bringing in Instinct to cover our customers who want to feed lamb and their food comes in a 5 pound bag of bite sized nuggets. Prices are comparable to that of Northwest Naturals in both brands.

As always we are here to answer questions about these foods and help with the transition process from Northwest Naturals to these other amazing brands!

We wanted to apologize to any customers that came in this afternoon and had a less than ideal experience. My husband was running the store today and had a diabetic episode and was not right for a small portion of the day. We also want to thank Tom LaBone Sr. Who saved my husband from going into a full diabetic coma by helping him get his blood sugar up. If you had any problems today please message us and we will make sure to make it right.

Update: my husband is doing fine now and everything is ok. Thank you all for your support!

Because of the Verizon outage in town the store does not have Internet. Our POS system is cloud based and needs Internet to work. We are running off of mobile hotspot but this process is slow and we have limited data to work with. This may cause us to have to shut down for the day. As of right now we are open. If we have to shut down we will offer free home delivery for anyone who needs pet supplies but those orders will have to be made through our website www.truebluepetmarket.com. if you place and order online you will be charged our delivery fee but it will be refunded to you within 24 hours.

We are normally closed on Sundays but if we are forced to close today and the Internet comes back up we will open tomorrow for people to get the supplies they need.
