**UPDATED SALES POLICY!**

RESERVING A RABBIT
——
Rabbits will be reserved with a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit, the 50% is half the rabbits price, some rabbits are sold at 10 wks (reserved at 7-8 wks) but most of my rabbits especially my grow outs are sold at 16 wks (reserved at 14 wks) or sometimes up to 6months. If for some reason you’re not happy with your rabbit or decide to back out, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded (but you can move the deposit made on another available rabbit if any). However, if we back out for whatever reason your deposit WILL be refunded,
**WE DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHY WE BACK OUT**
If the rabbit grows sick or dies in our care we will offer the option of choosing another available rabbit (if any), or to get you a refund. When reserving you will also be asked many many questions you are required to answer as well as read our sales policy and comment "Ok" or "agreed/I agree" before reserving or asking about any rabbits I can’t in good conscience place a reservation on a rabbit not knowing the intentions for the rabbit and how it’s going to live at its new home/barn.
**RABBITS WILL ONLY BE S0LD TO REPUTABLE SHOW BREEDERS LOOKING TO BETTER THE BREED OR PET ONLY H0MES**
**WE CAN REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE**

You are required to answer our messages (even just reacting to them) within a 2 day period or we will assume you do not want your rabbit anymore and post the rabbit l00king for h0me again (action can be reversed under certain circumstances).
PICK UP
——
When picking up your rabbit you are buying it knowing we have done all the necessary health checks and have double checked the s*x, when you pick up the rabbit keep in mind we have no control on if the rabbit turns a corner as it grows up. When you pick up your rabbit you are responsible for double checking you have the right s*x and that you are happy with the rabbit you chose. After the rabbit leaves my care I’m not responsible for anything that happens to the rabbit from then on. But please, keep me updated on their show and breeding careers or how they do as pets!
**WE HAVE FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL IF YOU CHOOSE TO MOVE ON YOUR ANIMAL /:/ ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE POSTING PLEASE!**
TRANSPORT

I’m happy to work with any approved transport as long as they come at a time I can meet them, transport is at the BUYERS expense.

I work hard and spend a lot of m0ney on the rabbits I raise, please always use their pedigree names when posting them publicly.
EX: “CLR Musical Hater Bryan // Cardinal’s Musical Hater Bryan”

Please keep updating me on your rabbit! I love to see how they grow and develop send me photos!! It helps me understand my lines better and I just love to keep up with my bunnies! ♥️
QUALITY

Show Quality:
This rabbit has proven themselves on the show table time and time again showing their amazing quality. It’s rare I will s3ll these rabbits but there are times I will.
Show POTENTIAL:
Show potential means this rabbit has grown with promising quality and could have a great potential being a show bunny and great buck or doe.
Brood quality:
Brood quality is a rabbit with a lot of good qualities that can easily be bred out pared to the right buck/doe. Brood animals are usually s0ld as breeding rabbits and sometimes pets.
PET QUALITY:
These rabbits don’t have the best quality and will not be s0ld for breeding of any sort (I will not sell a pet with a pedigree). PET QUALITY IS SOLD WITH A NO BREEDING CONTRACT!
