12.5lbs ground lamb. 10 lbs in the freezer.2.5 lbs are seasoned and I’m gonna try my jerky gun for the first time.

Our Story

This started as a page to show and track ideas and things i try on my small town property until i could get a bigger piece of property. In fall of 2017 I closed on my own 5 acres. We are slowing turning it into our own little hobby farm. Spring 2018: We have chickens, ducks, and a rabbit. This spring we got more chicks to hatch, and a new puppy. We are also going to do our own turkey.
