What a weekend!! So proud of every rider and horse that walked into the pen and gave it their all. The growth, hard work, determination, sportsmanship, and teamwork this weekend did not go unnoticed. 💪🏼 No matter the placings, each one of you represented with heart and made Lone Star Performance Horses very proud. 🏆

Thank you to all of the parents, families, friends, and supporters who helped make the weekend possible — from early mornings to late nights, hauling, cheering, grooming, and everything in between. It truly takes a team.♥️

A huge thank you to Peak Equine Productions, LLC. for putting on a great show and giving our riders a place to learn, compete, and make memories. We appreciate all the work that goes on behind the scenes.

Horse appreciation of the week ! 🥳

There’s just something special about a horse like Pearl 🤍

Kind, loving, and as calm as they come—she’s the one everyone looks for when they walk into the barn. The kind of horse that makes kids feel safe, confident, and completely at home in the saddle. Pearl takes care of her lesson kids like they’re her own, always patient, always steady, always giving her whole heart.

She loves the simple things—treats, long baths, and being brushed until she practically melts. Turn her out and she’s just as happy soaking up the sunshine, and when it’s time to ride, she’s as easy and honest as they come. She’ll jog right over logs without a second thought or tag along for a walk/ trot horsemanship pattern, making every ride smooth and fun. 💕

It’s no surprise she’s the barn favorite… horses like Pearl don’t come around often. She’s not just a good horse—she’s a once-in-a-lifetime kind of friend.

We sure are lucky to call her ours 🤍🐴

We are so excited to see this pair show at the Tri-Star Open show in just a few short weeks. Let’s help cheer them on! 👏🏼

JB Royal Peppy Belle is her name. But we call her 💋Dolly💋The ULTIMATE youth ranch horse.

We can’t wait to get next years show season rolling. But until then we will be home practicing until it is perfect!
