In 2017 "We began as a group of women who had known each other for several years and love the dachshund breed. We all had dachshunds of our own and have been fosters for many years. We began fulfilling our dream by starting a rescue for less fortunate dachshunds than our own, who have either been neglected, mistreated or given up for any other reason that makes these animals homeless. We strive to

get them the medical treatment they need, excellent foster care, and ultimately finding the best "forever" home where they will be loved for the rest of their lives.

Can we all take a moment to appreciate those sweet eyes? 🥹🐾

Chino has officially joined the Low Rider family and is settling into foster care where he's receiving plenty of love, patience, and cuddles while he adjusts to his new surroundings.

This handsome little guy is already melting hearts, and we can't wait to learn more about his personality as he settles in and starts feeling right at home. ✨

Right now, Chino is taking some much-needed time to decompress and enjoy being a beloved family member while we get to know him better.

Chino is still settling into his foster home and will be fully vetted before becoming available for adoption.
