We are devastated by the recent loss of a dog in our care. This was a tragic situation, and our thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.

Dogs in our care are not left outside for extended periods, and we follow protocols to help protect pets during outdoor time. We recognize that heat-related illness can develop quickly, especially in dogs who may be more sensitive due to age, breed, or health.

We understand there are questions and concerns, and we’re available to speak directly with anyone who wishes to reach out. We are aware of reviews and posts being circulated by individuals not directly involved. We remain focused on open, honest communication with our clients.
