Jessie has been a client of ours for over 8 years. Recently, she became upset when we informed her there would be a $25 boarding fee due to her being 6 hours late for pickup. As a courtesy, we did not charge this fee.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. There have been multiple instances of late pickups. We made several attempts to contact her, including phone calls and text messages (with proof), as well as messages on Instagram. Despite this, she claims she did not receive any communication.

We always strive to be fair and accommodating, but repeated situations like this make it difficult for us to continue making exceptions.
