🧡 HAPPY AUGUST! 🧡

You all have kept us sooo busy lately and for that we want to give a huge thank you for choosing us to take care of your fur babies!

Due to the amount of dogs we have been taking care of we just want to remind everyone to please be patient with us during appointment times as we work to get everyone in while Abigail is still on maternity leave until the end of the month.

At this time we are still unable to take on any new pups, but we will make a new post when we are able to do so again!

Lastly, for the safety of our clients, our pups, and our staff it is very important that our front gate stays closed at all times, and that customers must stay behind the gate in the lobby. If we aren’t out front, we are busy taking care of your fur babies so please ring the bell on the desk and we will be out shortly!

🐾♥️ Grey Barn has some more exciting news to share! We are adding another groomer to our crew! Abby has over 6 years of grooming experience and is going to make an excellent addition to our team! She will be joining us starting June 29th and will be taking appointments Monday-Friday. As she transitions from her current job, at this time we will still no longer be accepting new clients to ensure she has the appointment space for her current clientele. We will post a new update if/when we can add new pups to our schedule again! If you are seeing this and are a current client of Abby’s call/text 515-842-0123 and we can get you scheduled with her! ♥️🐾

🌸 Happy May! As we are going into our summer months we want to put some reminders out there! 🌸

✨At this time we are currently scheduling 10 weeks out and are unable to take on any new clients. (Clients must have visited us in the last year to be current.) We highly encourage our clients to pre-book appointments to ensure your dog can stay on the schedule that you prefer and to avoid long wait times to get in with your favorite groomer!

✨Abigail will be on maternity June-August. When she returns she will be taking appointments Tuesday-Friday unless pre scheduled by her. She is currently booking for September! Laura will continue to book Monday-Thursday and Tiffany Monday-Friday.

✨Please be courteous of appointment times and make sure to communicate with your groomer if there is a conflict. Laura and I will do our best to stay on time and get as many people in as we can while Abbie is away! Appointment times may run a little longer than normal but we will always call or text when a dog is finished. Arriving early can excite or stress out a dog which can lead to a longer appointment, and/or your groomer to get behind on schedule so we ask if clients can please call or text if there are any questions regarding an appointment.

✨As always, the state of Iowa requires all dogs to be current on their Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations and proof is required before any services can be provided. Please verify these with your vet before making an appointment. Copies can be sent to us via email or text ahead of time for a shorter drop off time. We will do our best to help remind owners of them coming due but it is the responsibility of the owner to make sure these are current before an appointment.

❗️We are open 8am-4:30pm. Early drop offs are always welcome following our opening time, but will not expedite your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you give us a 24hrs notice so your spot can be filled and to avoid a late cancellation fee.
