Violet is still Hanging in there!

This sweet senior has a routine where we make sure she gets her meds, her fluids and all the love in the world multiple times a day. She sleeps a lot! The meds have kept her stable but she is definitely still hospice.❤️‍🩹

She isn’t able to lap up the water no matter how full we keep the bowl. She can’t chew foods as it is very uncomfortable for her. We wish she was stronger, a full dental extraction is really what she needs!

Please keep sweet Violet in your prayers! When it is time, we will be sending her over the rainbow bridge.🙏🏼❤️‍🩹🐾

Halo and Koa are accompanying me (as they always do) whenever I take dogs to the vet.

Halo just put a bone in Hugo‘s bag for him. (If you’re not familiar, we just picked Hugo‘s ashes up yesterday to take to his parents, but they went out of town so we still have them in the car.)

Isn’t this just the sweetest thing in the whole entire world? 🥹❤️‍🩹🐾🌈

Shaggy is at Harmony Vet Care of Oldsmar having his FHO surgery today.

He has been in quarantine for a very nasty upper respiratory infection for a month now. We are so thankful that he’s finally over the crud! He has the best of the best working on him today, Dr. Sabshin.

Today’s estimate is $1,600-1,800 and any contributions towards his Veterinary care is extremely appreciated!

Left Paw. Right Paw. Which one should be $5.00 Friday? Left paw would be an ask for treats, food and bones. Right paw would be asking for medical money. What a dilemma. Both are really important. I’m gonna have to mull this over for a bit.

We had to say good-bye to Hugo this week. We know he is watching over us from the Rainbow Bridge. The most wonderful thing happened to him before he left us…he was adopted!!!!!!!! His family helped him so much and he knew he was loved! Mom did a beautiful tribute to him. It is on our page, so if you have a few minutes take the time and watch it.

Mom also did a story on Saint. Saint is our burn dog. It is his story from getting out of the shelter to now. It explains what happens to not just Saint, but to every dog that joins our Farmily. Every penny that is donated is used for our Vet bills. In the next several weeks we have several major surgeries scheduled for our babies. There is also Give a Dog a Bone 50/50 game and the sale of t-shirts. Mom is hoping to make a dent in the Vet Bill. This information is all on our page. Every little bit helps Mom take care of all the babies.

Dash is coming home with his IV in so they can use it again when he goes back tomorrow morning.

He had a sedated X-ray, ultrasound, bloodwork and exam. He was healthy enough to have his neuter so he lost the nuggets today! Dash’s bowels are not moving because his stomach has food still in there and he last ate last night at 9 pm. He had nothing this morning before his appointment so there is no reason for the food to still be where it was. There doesn’t seem to be an orthopedic issue with his spine or legs, so the X-rays were sent out to a radiology specialist for a reading to be safe.

At this time there isn’t a diagnosis yet, but Dr Tsang pushed tons of fluids to get the bowels moving and is hoping to have some answers tomorrow after repeat X-rays. Keep your prayers going for this kiddo!

We want to give a HUGE thank you to those of you who sent a contribution in for our sweet Dashy. This week has been one for the books with veterinary care.

We also brought Hugo home for his family, today. If you haven’t seen his tribute video, it was posted to our page this morning. We miss our Ed Sheeran pup! 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹🐾🌈
