Starting in February, youβll receive a reminder text the Friday before your scheduled appointment to help keep everyone on track.
β° No-Show Policy Update
To respect our groomersβ time and availability, no-shows will be charged 50% of the missed appointment in order to reschedule.

We will also be implementing price adjustments beginning in February. This allows us to continue providing the high-quality care and service your pets deserve.
