Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We must ask at this time to please notify our office within 12 hours of needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When we schedule your time slot we want to give your pet the time needed to evaluate and treat what’s needed, if you no show or don’t cancel/reschedule it often leaves us with having to turn away another pet that needs help. We want to be able to treat and take care of everyone that needs attention in a timely manner.
