We asked her: "What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?"โ

She responded with, "It is hard and there is a lot of self doubtโฆthe inner critic is a beast. It is important to keep a balance. As I get older I am realizing the importance of putting on your mask before helping others. so I eat good food because I feel better, I move my body daily and get out of my head whether itโs pilates, working out or going for a walk, I mediate and read, and I try to do these all as daily practices. Focusing on Wholistic health has made all the difference for me!"โ
