Sahara’s bill for just today was just shy of $200. She has an infection and is now on 3 different medications. Poor girl can’t catch a break

Sahara is off to the vet once again today due to her hernia coming back… her last repair was $400 and her one before that was $100. Can we get some donations to cover her visit today? We are running very low on funds for vet visits

Hay everyone! We are super low on oxbow Adult pellets. We go through about a 20 # bag every 10 days. We have many hungry faces and we have no more bags of pellets! We could also use some hay as well!!

Today we received nothing short of a Christmas miracle!!

We are beyond grateful to Penn Liberty Law and the Nancy P. Sewak Irrevocable Fund for their incredibly generous $1,000 donation.

This gift comes at a time when it is so deeply needed. It will go directly toward much-needed spays and neuters, expensive veterinary care (including today’s vet bill that was nearly $400), and supplies for the bunnies in our rescue.

Even though there is a holiday this week the animals still need vet care. Sahara is here getting her hernia repaired for a second time. Poor girl had a softball sized hernia.

Our babies from the recent humane case are doing so well in their foster home. Lots of binkies, cuddles, and love. The holiday season is very busy in our personal lives but we cannot wait to introduce all of the new buns in the rescue.

And this is just one “hobby breeder” selfishly breeding to have all these babies and no loving homes to go into … I hate to think of their fate 😞 And this is why rescue will never end and fosters/ adopters are crucial

Thanks to Bunrabit Rescue for taking a rabbit we took from a neglectful home. She is on the road to a wonderful life!
