Please know, we are always a phone call away if you have issues with the dog wash machine!
I’ve tried to post instructions and videos on this page to help everyone with getting started. There are also instructions on the wall by the leash hanger.
Once you use it one time, the next time will be much easier.
Most common questions:
-If using a credit card- swipe card, once approved hit $10/start on the credit card reader
-You are able to disinfect tub before putting dog in (free of charge, but must insert money first for this option to come up)
-Look at the little screen above card reader for the first 2 questions after inserting money - do you want to disinfect tub? Is your dog out of tub? And to see how many minutes you have left.
-Turn the hose on to get water to come out.

If you have issues please call and leave a message or send a text message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We also run a dog boarding facility and are often outside with dogs, so not always available to answer the phone right away.
