We have received several calls with questions on using the card reader.

Once you swipe card, hit 10.00 start. Then the little screen above will ask “do you want to disinfect tub?” Select yes or no. If select yes the screen will ask “is your dog out of the tub?” Select yes or no. Then it is ready to go.

If you slide card and don’t get the process started it will cancel your transaction. Yes, it may still show it went through on your end but usually the next business day it shows canceled.

If you start the process and have accidentally swiped your card twice and it took both transactions- now you have 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes.

Once you get it to work, I promise the next time will be easier.

Using cash seems to be the easiest.

💳📣Card users

After you insert/tap/swipe card- once approved you have to tap 10.00/Start on the credit card reader in order for it to add your minutes.

Tap the top left section on credit card reader.

Then your credits will be loaded and you can start the process- see small screen above credit card reader for next step.

We took one of our big dogs over for his first bath the Pawwash. He sat still the entire time and did great!

It was so much easier than chasing him around our house wet after he had escaped the tub, dog hair wasn’t all over my bathroom, he kept most of the water in the tub, my back didn’t hurt after and the kids got to help!

The Pawwash is all clean and ready for your dog to take a bath!!🛁🫧🐾 If you have a hairy dog, notice the water isn’t draining quickly or just want to help us out, please know that the blue base can be lifted up. Hair is trapped here so it doesn’t clog the drains. If your dog clogs it up please feel free to remove your dogs hair and place in trash can.

As you have noticed, we invested in a new asphalt parking lot. We have noticed several large trucks parking or driving through the lot. This can cause damage to our brand new parking lot.

Please DO NOT drive or park large trucks on the asphalt parking lot.

We appreciate your help in keeping the parking lot looking great!!
