Sundays in fall are the time for warm socks and cozy braises, hot tea and dinner by the fire. Pasture raised veal short ribs and polenta is our favorite meal for these cooler days. 🍂

First rains of the season = green grass is just around the corner! These cows love to spend their days outside in both the summer sun and the autumn drizzle. 🌞🌦️🍁Animals that live out in the pastures, as nature intended, is better for them, for the environment, and for us! 🌱
