Opened in October of 2016, we have worked hard to improve and expand to cater to your horses needs! Every horse here at Kozy Korner Stables gets the individual attention they need with no overcrowding. WE ARE STILL LOOKING 👀

We are lookimg for chore help! One to two days during the week and weekends (when gone to shows) doing AM and/or PM chores. Roughly 4 hours per day when working.

Must be self-motivated, reliable, have reliable transportation, and be able to do physical labor.

Duties include feeding/watering, stall cleaning, turning horses in and out and general barn cleaning. We have a stall sifter and a Bob UTV which make chores a lot easier!

Would be willing to exchange board for work and/or lessons as well in addition to compensation.

Raisin All My Assets�2022 AQHA Mare “Scarlett”

Scarlett is a super cute mare with a sweet demeanor.

She has been hauled since a yearling and shown a few times per year. Since being in my barn she has been lightly shown this year in ranch walk/trot and showmanship. She shows a lot of potential to excel in the ranch classes with more riding and training. She can even move out and will be able to do the hunt-seat classes. She is willing and tries hard - just needs more miles under her. She is fun to ride.

She has been ridden and shown by intermediate youth riders and up, and has also been used in a lesson program as well as college horsemanship team practices.

Scarlett has been on a few short trail rides and seems to enjoy it.

She has never offered to buck, rear, or bolt. She is not spooky and settles in well in new environments.

Best suited for an intermediate rider and up due to her buttons and forwardness.

No maintenance, currently barefoot, and good for bathing, clipping, hauling, etc.

Enrolled in NSBA and SIF

Only being offered for sale because the owner is wanting to cut back on horses.

Little four year old Lucy has been taking lessons with us for a month and has caught on so quickly! Tonight she navigated Reba through the serpentine at the jog with no assistance in steering!

We spent the day today showing with Flying Arrow Saddle Club!

Everyone did a great job and laid out some nice patterns in the pattern classes. So proud of these teams 👏🏻👏🏻. Love watching the continued growth from each rider.
