🎉 Congratulations to Alex Carls – July 2025 Employee of the Month! 🎉
Please join us in congratulating Alex Carls, our Salesforce Administrator, on being recognized as Employee of the Month for July 2025!
Alex has been a valued member of the Star Milling team for over six years.
This month, Alex tackled a demanding workload, leading several high-impact projects across departments. His efforts have saved the company time and costs by reducing the need for outside development support. One standout achievement was launching a feature that lets us print product tags directly from Salesforce. He’s also implementing Maintenance Work Orders in Salesforce for the Mill, Truck Shop, and Machine Shop. Alex continues to enhance our use of Rootstock, simplifying document generation and printing, and improving day-to-day operations.
Oscar Vasquez, Equipment and Maintenance Manager, shared:
"Alex has been helping us in the Maintenance Department by personalizing Salesforce and making it easier for us to complete our work orders."
Greg Carls, VP of Finance & Administration, added:

We have had the honor of distributing to Templeton Feed and Grain for over 40 years, and we are deeply saddened by the devastating fire that occurred on July 4th. Our thoughts are with everyone affected during this difficult time.
