These two crushed their sessions, so now it’s time for the fun part; rolling in the grass, wrestling with friends, and just being dogs. Because confidence doesn’t come from constant control…it comes from learning when to relax, play, and enjoy the moment. 💪🐶

Scooby joined me for a lunch date at the diner today! 🍽️🐾

We used the time to practice his duration down and while he needed a few reminders in the beginning, he quickly settled in and nailed it by the end. 👏

This is what realistic training looks like. It’s not about what’s fun for a trainer to do while your dog’s with them, it’s about preparing them for what you’ll actually do together.

Once in a blue moon, we find ourselves with no extra dogs here over the weekend but that doesn’t mean we’re not working! 🤪📚

Ok, yesterday was definitely a rest and relax day, but today is all about cleaning, laundry and learning. And coming soon…Dog Somatics Certification. 🐾✨

Dog somatics is all about bringing awareness back into the body. It focuses on helping dogs release stored tension, unwind stress patterns, and move with more ease and confidence. This work goes deeper than obedience or basic bodywork, it supports the nervous system, helping dogs shift out of survival mode and into a state where real learning and healing can happen. 🐶🫶

Working with me isn’t just about teaching your dog commands, it’s about supporting the whole dog. As a holistic wellness practitioner, I have a lot more tools than your average trainer. I look at behavior through the lens of nutrition, environment, emotional well-being, physical health, and soon somatics. 🐕🦴☀️🏡

When we support the body and mind together, we get lasting results, not just quick fixes. Dogs learn faster, feel safer, and thrive on every level.
