Our mission is to promote and protect the health, safety, and welfare of pets and people by taking in and placing homeless companion animals, encouraging and supporting spay/neuter, providing community outreach to ensure proper animal stewardship, and promoting rational and effective animal care and control policies at all levels of government.

Featured here are some of the standout bottles from our Wheelbarrow of Cheer, including Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Hendrick's Gin, Tito's Handmade Vodka, and Patrón Reposado Tequila—just a small sampling of a prize package that now includes well over 50 bottles of wine, liquor, mixers, and other goodies! 🎇

A special thank you to Supermarket Liquors & Wines in Niagara Falls for generously donating the Patrón Reposado Tequila! We are so grateful for the support of our local businesses that help us raise critical funds for the cats in our care 🥰

Sometimes love means making the hardest decision imaginable...

Sweet senior Siamese Little recently found herself facing a heartbreaking situation. After the passing of her beloved mom, the dynamics in her home changed dramatically. Her kitty brothers began bullying and attacking her, and despite loving her dearly, her dad could no longer bear to watch her live in fear. With a heavy heart, he made the incredibly difficult decision to return Little to our care so she could have a chance at a happier, more peaceful life.

While saying goodbye was painful, we're thrilled to share that Little's story has a wonderful new chapter! ❤️

Little is off to her new forever home, where she'll have a very important job: serving as a companion and friend to a special-needs Siamese brother who could use a feline friend by his side 💕

We know Little's mom would be proud to see her bringing comfort, companionship, and love to another cat in need. Sometimes the perfect match comes along when it's needed most 🩷

Happy tails, Little! Your next adventure is waiting, and we can't wait to see you thrive in your new role! 🥰

Poor little Willow has been wondering what happened...

When Willow and her brothers, Niko and Jax, were getting ready to find their forever homes, an initial FeLV test came back positive 😿 Because of that result, Willow had to stay behind at her foster home while she waited patiently for follow-up testing.

Thankfully, her follow-up test came back NEGATIVE! 🎉

But while Willow was waiting, her brothers were snapped up by a loving family, leaving her all alone at the shelter wondering why her purrfect match hasn't found her yet 💔

This sweet little girl is everything you could want in a kitten! Willow is petite, playful, affectionate, and absolutely adorable! She loves chasing toys, playing fetch, snuggling up for cuddles, and rewarding you with a nonstop purr motor! ❤️

Willow would thrive in a home with another young kitty friend to play, wrestle, and cuddle with! She also gets along wonderfully with dogs and children, making her a great fit for many families! 💞

After waiting so patiently and watching her brothers go home, it's Willow's turn! Let's help this precious girl find the loving family she deserves! 🥰

🍷🐾 Supporting Local Wineries While Supporting Local Cats! 🐾🍷

Our Wine & Spirits Fundraiser continues to grow thanks to the incredible generosity of our community! We now have over 50 bottles of wine and spirits valued at well over $500! We still have a few weeks before our drawing, so get your tickets while you can! 🎟️

Today we'd like to give a special thank you to several local wineries that have generously supported Pets Alive WNY:

🍇Chateau Niagara Winery – Known for some of the best dry wines in the area and a tasting experience that feels more like visiting friends than visiting a business! 🥰

🍇Arrowhead Spring Vineyards – Beautiful vineyard views, great wines, and one of those places where a quick stop can easily turn into an afternoon! 🌞

🎇 Pets Alive WNY is excited to announce our 4th of July Wine & Spirits Fundraiser Raffle! 🇺🇲

This year we've got quite a haul thanks to our local community and family and friends, whose support continues to help provide food, shelter, and daily care for the more than 100 cats and kittens currently relying on us! ❤️

A huge thank you to Tractor Supply Co. for generously donating a GroundWork Large Capacity Wheelbarrow (a $150 value)! One lucky winner will take it home overflowing with more than 40 bottles of wine, liquor, mixers, and other goodies! 🥂

🎟 Ticket Packages:
• $10 = 1 Chance
• $25 = 3 Chances
• $50 = 7 Chances
• $100 = 15 Chances

🎉 Ticket sales will close at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1st, and the winner will be drawn on our page at 7:00 PM that evening.
