Hello everyone,

Just a friendly reminder that, as I am currently taking on fewer grooming appointments, booking availability may be 2–3 weeks out. I am also actively showing Wick during our busy show season, which may further affect scheduling.

Additionally, I will be enforcing my appointment policies moving forward:

• No-show or late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours' notice): $50
• Arriving 15 minutes late or more to an appointment: $25 late fee

Unfortunately, I have experienced several no-shows recently, and these policies help ensure I can continue providing reliable service to all of my clients.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and continued trust in my grooming services. I appreciate each and every one of you!

I did not want to have to make this post. But unfortunately for the foreseeable future my scheduling will look a little different. I have unfortunately have been having some health issues i am trying to figure out. While I love all you and want to get everyone one scheduled in a timely manner I just cant keep up at the moment. I will only be taking 1 to 3 haircuts a day and up to 5 dogs a day. Unfortunately i am moving slowly and needing more breaks then I would like. So this also means your dog may be here a little longer. Please be patient with me. I am definitely trying to keep up with everything. I love grooming but it does take alot of physical and mental work. Thank you to everyone that has already been patient with me.

Two quick announcements!!!
- monday May 4th I will not have my work phone on me and will not be answering messages. It is Wicks 8th birthday and I will be spending the day with him!!

This Saturday the 11th is my Saturday to work for April! I still have bath appointments left and maybe a small haircut!

New hours starting April 13th! These are appointment start times. As the weather warms up I will be only working one Saturday a month. If I am working a Saturday I will be off that friday.
