Holiday weekends are one of our favorite times here in Pawleys—more beach walks, golf cart rides, wagging tails, and friends visiting from out of town. 🇺🇸🐾

But while many of us enjoy the fireworks, they can be stressful for our pets. If your dog is joining you for the holiday, keep them safely indoors during fireworks, make sure their collar fits properly with current ID tags, and give them a quiet place where they can relax.

A little extra planning helps ensure everyone—locals, visitors, and our beloved beach dogs—has a safe and happy Fourth of July.
