Brayden was adopted back in 2018. He knew what it felt like to have a family, a home, a bed, and someone to love. Then, in May, he was found wandering as a stray- abandoned. Just imagine what that must feel like. 💔

Brayden has waited 3 long months for someone to choose him. Brayden is believed to be dog-friendly and is already potty trained. He weighs only 30 pounds. He is sweet, loving, and still carries his stuffed toys around like treasures. What more could anyone ask for?

Now, he is on the URGENT LIST, scheduled for 9/1/26 at 2 PM. His time is running out. He’s around 9 years old now. At an age when he should be spending his days sleeping peacefully on a soft bed, feeling safe and loved… he’s instead been sitting in a kennel, watching people walk past him, waiting and waiting for someone.

Please… don’t let this be where his story ends. Brayden is available for foster, adoption, or rescue.

Update: Sonrisa is safe in foster care and still available for adoption 🥳 thank you to all who shared this post and her foster for saving her life!

‼️LAST EXTENSION‼️

I finally found some time to spend with Sonrisa and oh my… she completely stole my heart. 🥹

She’s a little on the nervous side—the shelter is a very scary place for her. You’ll see her tuck her tail at times, but once she’s outside, she starts to relax and her sweet personality shines through. She gave me the gentlest kisses and leaned her head into me for comfort and love.

She’s only one year old… we cannot let her walk to the back of the shelter and be forgotten.

Sonrisa has met a male dog at the shelter but seemed more interested in the humans around her. She’ll need patience and time to decompress, as she’s clearly in a worried head space in the shelter.

Sonrisa is on the URGENT list for 4/17 at 2pm 💔
