Many have seen some new faces at our practices as our BRAH-NRAH family grows so we wanted to formally introduce Dr. Barbara Lewis to you. A long-time colleague of Dr. Clekis, Dr. Lewis has recently joined us, yet has been practicing veterinary medicine in the Bradenton area for over 13 years.

Originally from Miami, Dr. Lewis is a graduate of the U of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (2000) and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her special interests include primary care, dermatology, and geriatric care.

When asked what is her favorite part about working with our clients, Dr. Lewis shared, “I truly enjoy spending time with our pet parents discussing the best-individualized preventative care plan for their pet , proper nutrition for all the life stages of their pet , and all aspects of primary care that can keep their pets happy and healthy well into their pets senior years.”

Clients can make an appointment to see Dr. Lewis at either North River Animal Hospital (941-845-4448) or Braden River Animal Hospital (941-745-1513).

Our team could not have made it to this point with out our beautiful Fur-babies!
