🐾🩵 A Heartfelt Apology & Update From Us 🩵🐾

We want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, frustration, or disruption caused by recent appointment changes.

As many of you know, Ashley is still in Memphis at the hospital with her husband, Mike. Right now, her place is exactly where she needs to be — beside him.

Because of this, we have had to make some very difficult scheduling decisions. Unfortunately, many grooming appointments have been pushed back a week, and in some cases, even two weeks.

I want everyone to know that I am doing everything I possibly can behind the scenes. I am working to absorb as many of Ashley’s appointments as I can while still taking care of my own already-booked clients. I’m rearranging schedules, moving appointments, extending where I can, and trying my absolute best to make sure no one is forgotten or left behind.

But I also want to be transparent — there is only one of me, and I can only physically groom so many dogs in a day while still giving each dog the safe, patient, quality care they deserve. I refuse to rush through your babies just to squeeze more dogs onto the schedule. They deserve better than that, and so do you.

Please know that when your appointment is moved, it is never because we don’t value you or your business. We hate inconveniencing anyone. These are circumstances none of us planned for, and we are simply trying to navigate them the best way we know how while supporting someone who is not just part of our team, but part of our grooming family.

To every single person who has responded with patience, kindness, prayers, understanding, and grace — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🩵 Your compassion during this season means more than you probably realize.

We are doing our best. We are taking it one day at a time. And we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who continues to stand beside our small business through the hard days, too.
