Attention customers, just a few things…
We are in our busy season. With that being said boarding fills up fast. We try our best to accept every boarding request but however if we are full then we simply don’t have room. We have a waitlist that you can be added to just incase something opens up.
We have to have shot records from a licensed veterinarian before we can keep your dog for boarding. We send out several reminders before your boarding date. Please make sure you bring them with you at check in or we can not keep your dog.
As for groom pictures we have one person in charge of that. As much as we love to do it and know you guys look forward to seeing them sometimes things get busy and one or so might get missed. This is not included in the grooming price and we try our best to get them all.
Cameras .. this is a free service offered with our boarding and daycare. We try our best to make sure they are always working as we know everyone loves this service and loves being able to watch their babies. However sometimes they go down due to internet or some connection errors. We always work hard to get them back up asap but sometimes it takes time and we simply can’t control it.

With all of that said we can’t express enough how grateful we are for each and everyone of our clients. We are so thankful you trust us with your fur baby whether it’s for boarding, grooming, or daycare. Thank you for letting us love them like they are our own. ❤️🐶
