Our sweet Rosita has officially been ADOPTED! 🎉🥰 And just look at her with her brand-new human sibling! We have a feeling these two are going to be the absolute BEST of friends. 🥹💕

And of course, Rosita had to have a very important new accessory for her new life… a dog tag that proudly reads:

✨ “Rosita — Conquerer of the Worlds!” ✨

Honestly? They couldn’t have picked a more perfect title for this girl. 😂🌎🐶

Rosita, we are SO happy you found your people! Go conquer the world, sweet girl — one adventure, cuddle, and treat at a time. 🥰🐾

Hoomans… we have a SERIOUS snack situation. 😳🍽️

The PAWS kitties are running low on adult dry cat food and shreds-style wet cat food, and as a 21-POUND BIG BOY, I feel like I am MORE than qualified to tell you that this is a CRISIS. 😂

Meet Homer! 🐾
This 3-year-old shepherd mix has one job, and he takes it very seriously: being loved. That's it. That's the whole résumé. He's not much for "guard dog" or "watch dog" — he's more of a "lap dog trapped in a 67-pound body" kind of guy.
Homer gets along great with both cats and dogs, so he's basically the diplomat of the animal kingdom. Bring on the chaos of a multi-pet household — he'll just want everyone to cuddle it out.

💙 A HUGE PAWS THANK YOU to Kako Claw! 🐾🎨

We had such a fun day at Kako Claw in the Fayette Mall! We are SO incredibly grateful to their amazing team for welcoming PAWS into their store and allowing us to set up our Pawcasso art to help raise funds for our shelter and the animals in our care! 🥹🐾

And they didn’t stop there! 🥰 Kako Claw also generously donated stuffed animals for our kitties and pups to enjoy! As you can see, some of our cats were VERY happy with their new friends. 😂🐱🧸

They also gave our employees the chance to be kids again and have some fun playing the claw machines and taking home some goodies for themselves! 😉🥰 Let’s just say… we may have been a little too excited about that part! 😂

A special thank you to Killian, Somer, and Ashlee for being so welcoming, helpful, and supportive of PAWS and our animals. We truly appreciate you all more than you know! 💙

This sweet girl is back at PAWS through no fault of her own, and we think that just means her perfect family hasn't found her yet!
Pawlly Pocket is a 1-year-old Lab/Australian Shepherd mix who is FULL of personality. She's super friendly, always ready to make new friends, and has energy for days — this girl is high-strung and active, so she'd thrive with a family who loves to play, hike, run, or just keep her busy and engaged. She also does great with other pets, so she could be the perfect addition to a home that already has a furry friend or two!
