REMINDER: We know you are anxious to have your pups back into your arms after they are groomed however, please PLEASE refrain from coming back into the building until you have received a text from us. Due to the size of the barn, as soon as you walk into (or near enough to be seen from the window) the door, your pup is aware and that makes them anxious which makes it harder on them and us to finish the groom. Due to limited cage space, we like to keep things moving as well, so we assure you that the moment your pup is ready, you will know!
Also, we try to be up front about how the schedule is moving when you drop off, but it's not uncommon for us to fall behind. Dogs are unpredictable, which means, so are our schedules. Please be patient and kind with us as we do our best to stay on schedule and get your pups spa day done safely and in a timely manner.
