📲 I’ve set up online booking to make things super easy (and yes, I can now accept debit/credit cards! It will take a couple weeks to implement though). Right now, Tuesdays and Thursdays are open for booking, with limited spots on other days if needed via call or message.

🚫 For house calls, I won’t be taking on new large dogs (70lbs+) — it’s just too tough on both my body and my equipment. But I can still see them at the shop if needed in Forest. Unless I already groom your dogs, I will no longer be servicing out into Farmville for new clients. Prospect is as far as I'll go out that way. Most my clients are in Appomattox to Lynchburg and unfortunately, Farmville just doesn't fit into the route.

I know im not posting much on this page, keeping it active. I hope to start very soon pushing and being active. But I've had a couple calls and messages about my services and if im still doing it. I do not have a shop in Appomattox/Lynchburg, I do housecalls which means I come to you and your home. I groom your pets in the safety and comfort of their own home. I have all the supplies and just need a safe place to bathe them and groom them. I do work at a shop a couple days a week in Midlothian but otherwise, I'm housecall based in the Appo/Lynchburg area. I do hope to have a grooming shop at my home and property in Appomattox. Soonest that would be is next year. I have all the equipment but need to finish up my small building. Small steps but I'm thankful for all my clients in supporting me and hope to meet new ones! You can always call, text, or message me. If it's the weekend, I may not get back to you till Monday. And if it's in the later evening, I will get back to you the next day.

Hi everyone! A little about me. My name is Haley Cluff, and I've been grooming for over 13 years. I work at a shop close to Richmond, but I'm excited to be able to focus more on housecalls in Appomattox to Lynchburg and surrounding areas. I've been doing housecalls in this area since summer, but I've decided it's time to go in a direction I feel will better serve the area with your needs. I'm a one person operation now, which means you only deal with me, which also means extremely personal service.
Housecalls are a great way to reduce stress on your pets if car rides, sitting hours in a shop, loud busy shop noises, barking dogs, etc, are a lot for your sweet pets. I love grooming elderly dogs that take special attention and care, or dogs who may have been kicked out of a shop for aggression, but really, they were just scared. Big, small, short haired, fluffy, I do them all!
What do I need from you? A safe place to wash them(usually tubs, kitchen sinks, utility sinks, etc) and a safe area to groom them. Everything else, I'll bring the rest and you can relax while I groom your babies in the comfort of their own home. I also do just toe nail trims and a**l gland expression if thats all you need.

I live in Appomattox with my 10 Australian Shepherds. We compete in conformation and agility regularly. Passion for dogs has been my whole life. It's why I knew being a dog groomer was where I wanted to be! I learned under a fabulous renowned groomer for years in New York. She gives seminars throughout the country and judges prestige grooming competitions. After moving from her shop to Virginia, I was excited to apply my knowledge of grooming and care to a new crowd of clients!
