He's the youngest Freestyle Wrestling National Champion in Alaska history and he’s one of our own!
This past weekend, young athletes from across the state traveled to Las Vegas to compete in the 2025 Rocky Mountain Nationals, including our hometown, Mat-Su Matmen.
We’re especially proud of Mulcahy McPeck, son of Tier 1 co-owners Dr. Sean and Dr. Sara McPeck, who made history as the youngest freestyle national champ ever from Alaska, taking 1st Place in the Boys 6U Freestyle division. His siblings, Finley McPeck and Cadan McPeck, also brought home impressive finishes with Finley placing 2nd in both the Girls 12U Folkstyle and Freestyle, and Cadan placing 5th in the Boys 10U Freestyle.
But this weekend was about more than medals; it was about teamwork, grit, and representing Alaska on a national stage. Huge congratulations to all the Mat-Su Matmen who placed and to every wrestler who competed from our home state. We’re proud of every one of you 🤩
Special thanks to head coach Daniel Graham for a job well done!
Dr. Sean McPeck was honored to help coach this exceptional group, and all of us at Tier 1 Vet are inspired by the strength and determination these young athletes bring to the mat.
