Heads up! It is HUMID right now as you know. Unseasonably humid.

What does this mean? Your dog takes longer to dry when it’s like this. We have 3 dehumidifiers running, it’s STILL extremely humid!

Please be patient with us right now until this heat dies down!

Your dog WILL us take a bit longer.

📣 Important Reminder for Our Doodle, Poodle & High-Maintenance Coat Clients! 🐩✂️

To keep your pup looking and feeling their best, all poodles, doodles, and dogs with complicated or high-maintenance coats must stay on a regular 6–8 week grooming schedule.
🔁 Dogs whose owners prefer a longer, fluffy coat need to stay on a tighter 4-week schedule to prevent tangles, matting, and coat damage.

✨ Why it matters:
Coats like these require consistent upkeep. When too much time passes between appointments, the hair can become tangled or matted — which is uncomfortable (and even painful) for your dog and limits our ability to maintain their desired look. Regular grooming keeps their skin healthy, their coat soft and clean, and their experience low-stress.

🗓️ If a dog misses their regular grooming window, they will:
1. Lose their reserved time slot
2. Be considered a new client again, which means rebooking depends on current availability
3. And unfortunately, if we’re fully booked, they may not be able to get back in.

We deeply value our regular clients and do our best to keep your pups on a consistent schedule — but that only works if appointments are maintained. 💛
