Friends and clients,

Weā€™re a 3 person team without a front desk receptionist. During business hours, our full attention is on the dogs in our care. For safety reasons, weā€™re unable to step away to answer phone calls while grooming, so we may not be able to respond right away.

For this reason, we rely on our online booking system for appointments, cancellations, and scheduling.

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but weā€™re unable to accommodate extensive back-and-forth for rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee if we are unable to fill that time slot. As a small business, we are no longer able to absorb the loss from missed appointments, and this policy allows us to continue serving all of our clients fairly.

ALSO!

Although some dogs are ok off-leash, but we do require all dogs to be on leashes. Itā€™s becoming an issue lately and we need to nip it in the bud before there is a serious issue, escape, or injury.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide the best care possible for every dog that comes through our doors.
