OMFG! We absolutely busted out orders today! With three of us working on them - we managed to get out 105 orders! I have 3 huge bins to take to the post office in the morning. If your order hasn't shipped, it should by tomorrow evening or the next day at the latest. We have some appointments tomorrow so I'm unsure if we will be back in time to get anything out.

I only have 24 outstanding orders left, so those will feel like a breeze compared to this haul! 🤣

I'm off to bed! I am absolutely wiped out and ready to crash! 😴💤

Quick update! Still feeling kinda crappy (but better than before). Ben, Hailey and I are all going to be working on shipping orders tonight so I should be all caught up by tomorrow morning.

Mixes were supposed to come out this week, but I'll probably delay them until early next week so I don't push myself too hard to get stuff done. I'm keeping the dehydrators going so I'll have lots of ingredients to work with when I feel up to making mixes.

Singles & Special Foraging Mix should be restocked in the next couple of days. Just gotta get through a doctor's appointment and a college meeting for Hailey and then I'll be able to heavily work on those.

My next shop haul is from South of the Ocean! Had to grab these cute dishes, some of their awesome foods and of course BETTER THAN LEAF LITTER! My crabs go crazy for BTLF - I try and keep a bag in my foraging bin all the time.

Also, I snagged a few more of these silicone spoons, I love that I can re-use them even if I use them to serve sticky foods. They have a scoop at one end and a spatula at the other end, so I find myself using them all the time!

The first shop I always run to snag some goodies from is Earthwaterfirestudio! Mary Akers makes some of the most gorgeous dishes and my crabs always love her foods! I had to have these little flower dishes

Finally made the meal I wanted for my b-day! Lemon & garlic chicken, roasted potatoes & sweet potatoes, roasted tomatoes, lemon garlic sautéed kale & spinach, garlic bread and burrata.

I'm still feeling kinda yucky, but definitely not as bad as the first day. Mostly just muscle aches & the actual bite does not feel good at all. Hailey and I will be pulling and packing orders all weekend - she's gonna do all the pulling so I don't have to move around as much and I'll just focus on packing orders from my comfy chair.

Well friends, I'm gonna need a little bit of patience from everyone over the next few days in regards to shipping. Yesterday I wound up in the ER from 6:30 to 11 pm and I'm absolutely wiped out from it. Not the best way to spend my birthday for sure.

Seems I was bitten by what was probably a Brown Recluse Spider and my body did not react well to it at all. My blood pressure was through the roof and the bite is super yucky. It took a few rounds of meds to get my blood pressure down but it is manageable now. They also started antibiotics for the bite.

I'm feeling pretty wiped out, and a little bit like I have the flu, sore muscles and a little shaky/nauseous. With my autoimmune disease, stuff tends to hit me hard and causes my body to react absolutely insanely. My inflammation levels were up, white blood cell count was up and my platelets were up. I'm hoping everything calms down soon and I don't get a full blown flare up from this.

So, I'll have to take it easy for a few days and I might be a little slow to ship these recent orders out. Hailey is home tomorrow and she'll be able to help me pull and get some stuff out ❤️

Having lunch and then going for a quick walk! I brought all my favorite foods for my trip and I can't wait to enjoy this on the deck. Today my lunch is tomato & mozzarella salad, cucumbers, prosciutto, pistachios, pecans, a peanut butter stuffed date, a dark chocolate peanut butter cup, and one apricot truffle.
