We are growing! Havana Dog Training is looking for a trainer to join our team. You donโ€™t need years of experience โ€” weโ€™ll train the right person in! What matters most is that you have a true passion for dogs, enjoy helping people, and are reliable.

๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—š๐—ฒ๐˜:
โ€ข M-TH schedule (no Fridays or weekends)
โ€ข Free or discounted group classes for you and your dog
โ€ข On-the-job training and mentorship
โ€ข Retail discounts and access to our training space
โ€ข Paid time off
โ€ข Quarterly profit sharing

๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ช๐—ฒโ€™๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ:
โ€ข Dependable, a good work ethic, consistency in quality work, and a continual strive to be better
โ€ข Task prioritization and time management skills - must be able to get things done in a fast paced, timely manner
โ€ข Friendly, professional, personable, and the ability to adapt to change
โ€ข A passion for dogs, training, and continued education - must be able to handle constructive criticism and willing to learn new skills
โ€ข Ability to work as a team but also be self-motivated and able to work without supervision

*No summer time only help - we are looking for someone long term who wants a career in the canine behavior industry.
