HAPPY TAILS!!!

We adopted Ruby from the Steele County Humane Society 4 years ago. She was shy and a little withdrawn for a few months and now she follows us around and love to cuddle and go on two-mile walks. Ruby is one of our kids and we couldn't imagine life without her.

If you are looking for a cat that will be your faithful companion, Quarry is it! She loves humans and is constantly hanging with her foster parents. She “helps” with folding clothes, making beds, cleaning, and even computer work. She will bring her favorite toy to be thrown and will fetch it to be thrown again over and over again. Her favorite time is lap time in the evening and will lay on a lap for as long as you will let her. When playing, she is good about not getting too rough with her teeth and claws. When the grandchildren are visiting (3-year-old and 10-month-old), Quarry will put up with being carried around and will chase any toy they pull around. The grandkids LOVE Quarry. She is very well behaved and gets along with other cats. Though she has never been exposed to dogs, she probably would learn to accept them in time

Happy Tails!!!

We adopted Ellie, or originally named Lily, from the Steele County Humane Society April of this year. She is the sweetest, most cuddliest puppy there is. We tend to call her Derpy because she’s just so goofy and makes all the silly faces! She fits into our family so well and I couldn’t imagine life without her!

I'm good with dogs and cats. I'm kennel trained and working on house training (I'm not fixed so there is some marking). My foster mom noticed that I'm good with kids but they should be older kids, just because of my size. I am hesitant of new people but it doesn't take long for me to warm up.
