MONDAY MORNING THREAT could materialize across central/northern Texas into southern Oklahoma ahead of a potent upper-level storm system. IF this trough ejected during the afternoon/evening, then the severe weather and tornado potential would be more significant. However, with the trough popping out during the early morning hours, low-level wind shear could be so strong that a threat will develop including along the I-35 corridor from DFW to OKC! These storms develop first across West Texas into the Hill Country late night tomorrow night into Monday morning. We will likely activate live storm chasing mode early Monday morning. Stay tuned!
