As Thanksgiving approaches tomorrow, we sit back and think about the many things to be thankful for. Here at LOVAR we are thankful for all the animals we have been able to help this year whether it's been to save them form severe health issues or to find the perfect homes. Most of all we are thankful for all of our friends, donors and followers for their love and support this year.

Our sweet sister kitties; Maxine & Francine are still waiting for their "Forever" home. They are a very bonded pair and must be adopted together. Of course, they have their separate personalities and are very special. Below is a message from their previous foster.

"Maxine – the explorer; When she was comfortable, she was also the talker. She carried her toy mouse in her mouth and careened. Would except other pets. Great purrs.

Francine – while the more skittish one, is definitely the cuddler when she is comfortable. She would come and lay next to you to be pet and occasionally would crawl in your lap. Great purrs.

They both enjoyed the kitty condo. They used a covered litter box with pellets just fine. Ate hard food chicken flavor and fancy feast – ½ teaspoon in the am and pm. They found comfort under a glass dining room table and played with ribbons/string and their mice."

Adoption Event tomorrow, Sunday, Oct. 19th, PetCo, Oro Valley Market Place from 10:30-1:30. Francine and Maxine are still waiting for their"forever" home together. They are very sweet and loving and we would love for them to be adopted together, they are really bonded. Misty, our 4month old is now ready to find her "forever" home. All are UTD on shots and have been spayed.

Please give our 3 young, female cats their "forever" homes. Princess, Maxine and Francine will be at PetCo, Oro Valley Market Place, Sunday, September 28th from 10:30-1:30. Francine and Maxcine are 7 months and Princess will be 1 yr in late October. All are very sweet and friendly and just want to be loved.
