To my clients: There seems to be a trend going on these days...
Clients are showing up way earlier than their appointment is scheduled for.
Now I don’t mind a few minutes early, but 20 , 40 min? Even an hour earlier??? Please stop.
I am working hard to give fine customer service ( which is VERY RARE these days, thereby making it even more important)
To ALL who patron my business, so the time WE agree upon has to be honored as to give said service. I am often on a tight schedule, and leaving the grooming table in the middle of a groom is very time consuming, sometimes don’t get back to the groom for 10-15 minutes, when I that time the groom should be finished.( aka, staying on scheduled pick up) I do not have a receptionist, and am usually the ONLY person to handle all clients coming, going & calling.
So just a simple request to show up as close to time that you the client agreed to would be extremely appreciated 😁
I value your business and the trust you put in me with your animals, and would like to give everyone the service they deserve. Thank you 🙏
