💛 🐾 Our pack is growing 🐾💛

A big Happy Paws welcome to our newest pups, Mochi & Miso ✨

They joined us for their very first Pack Walk this week and honestly settled in so beautifully. Lots of sniffing, exploring, confidence building and making new doggy friends along the way.

One of my favourite things about introducing new dogs to the pack is watching them slowly relax, learn the routine and realise they’re part of something safe and fun.

Pack Walks aren’t just about exercise… they’re about enrichment, social skills, confidence and giving dogs the opportunity to enjoy the world alongside other balanced dogs.

We’re already excited to see these two again next week.

🐾 Our pack walks are so much more than just exercise.

They’re intentionally designed to provide dogs with adventure, enrichment, social experiences, and opportunities to practise calm, real-life skills in a balanced group setting.

Every walk is carefully managed to keep the group safe, enjoyable, and positive for all dogs involved. Because of this, our pack walks are best suited for friendly dogs who are ready to thrive around other dogs.

We currently have a few spots available in our walking groups and would love to welcome some new pups into the pack 💛

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Dog Moms out there.

As a dog walker, puppy trainer and doggy foster Mum, I get to see the best types of Dog Mom’s out there.

These are the ladies that choose the sleepless nights, the p**p and throw up, the money that leaves their bank accounts, the hours of training, walking and love that goes into their bundles of fur.

I know they say it with their wagging tails, wet kisses and cuddle but if they could actually say thank you I’m sure they would. 🐾

💛 Do you know what it means if a dog is wearing yellow? 💛

A yellow leash, harness, ribbon, bandana, or lead slip usually means:
🐾 “Please give me space.”

That dog may be:
🐾 nervous or shy
🐾 in training
🐾 recovering or rehabilitating
🐾 anxious or reactive
🐾 dealing with health issues
🐾 learning to feel safe in the world again

And while it may seem like a small thing… respecting that space can make a huge difference.

What helps:
✅ Give space when passing
✅ Don’t allow off-leash greetings
✅ Teach children calm behaviour around dogs
✅ Avoid running, squealing, or rushing up to dogs
✅ Be patient and understanding

Sometimes the dogs who need the most understanding are the ones trying the hardest 💛

And if you’re thinking about adopting… don’t overlook the shy dogs or the dogs that may need a little extra support.

Many just need time, patience, and the right environment to truly shine.

Understanding dogs better = safer, happier dogs and people 🐾
