Over 50% of the goal reached in less than 24 hours. We cannot begin to thank you all. There was some questions about whether we're comfortable with this being shared outside of this space and the answer is absolutely, yes.
Just an update: He is home now and we will be taking it one minute at a time. We couldn't do this without you all. Thank you again.

Our favorite dog person is in need! For anyone who knows the passion that Kristin pours into life, this will hit home. Recently, Kristin and her other half, Rick, have been fighting a battle together, and it came to a head this week when the beast almost won. Rick, as you know, is Kristin's biggest champion. What some may not know is that Rick has a battle raging in his brain. Yesterday, Rick took the selfless step to get help. Because of this and Kristin's recent health issues, they now find themselves asking, "Now what?" Rick is out of commission at this moment, and he does not get paid time off, so those are days with no pay. Times are hard right now, but if everyone who sees this could chip in even $10.00, it would help, and they would be appreciative of anything.
