Oak View Stables is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team full-time!

Schedule:
• 6 days per week (Sunday off)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Competitive Pay
• Olive Branch, MS

You will work alongside another full-time employee to care for our horses and maintain the barn. Daily responsibilities include:

* Cleaning stalls
* Scrubbing and refilling water buckets
* Throwing hay
* Scrubbing and refilling paddock water troughs
* General barn chores to keep the facility clean and running smoothly

About the position:

* 40-stall barn
* 2 water buckets per stall
* 12 paddocks with water troughs

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Hardworking and self-motivated
✔ Able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
✔ A team player
✔ Horse experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude.

Also Available:
If a full-time schedule doesn’t fit your availability, we are also open to hiring two part-time employees to split the position, each working 3–4 days per week.

Our OVS crew had a great time Experience Equestrian League this past weekend, braving the heat🔥 and bringing home some great ribbons🏅!! We are so proud of our team, and couldn’t be happier with their results!

🌟Jennifer Sells and her own Bogart🎬 were CHAMPION🏆 in the 0.60M Jumpers and 1st🥇 in the 0.60M Jumper Classic
🌟Meg Dunstan and her own Slick Talkin Cowboy🤠 had great trips getting back in the ring for the Rusty Stirrup Hunters
🌟Archer Adams and her own Valandraud Clarion⚡️ took the WIN🥇 in the 2’6” Medal and 7th in the Hunter Derby out of 39 entries
🌟Alice Rooney and Ashland✨ WON🥇 the WTC Crossrail Classic

Last weekend, we had the fabulous opportunity to join 🦊Longreen Foxhounds🦊 for their ♠️♥️Poker Run♥️♠️ in Como, MS, and we had SO much fun🤩 !! Lots of riders, new to the sport, and veterans out to enjoy the (very) hot🥵 day with their horse! We are so thankful to 🦊Longreen🦊 for giving us the opportunity to get in the saddle and out of the arena🥳!
