Trust and opportunity mean so much more than you know.

As we close out National Disability Employment Awareness Month, hear from Mike as he shares what he enjoys most about his job at TikiTaco.

A job is more than a paycheck. It's about belonging, building confidence, developing skills, and having the opportunity to contribute. Mike's story reminds us of the impact that inclusive workplaces can have when employers focus on abilities and potential.

As National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) comes to a close, we'd like to recognize and thank the employers who make inclusive employment possible. A special shoutout to TikiTaco Olathe for embracing inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities to contribute, grow, and succeed in the workplace.

Opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive exist in every industry, including fitness.

A big shoutout to Crunch Fitness Olathe, KS for recognizing Matt's talents and creating a workplace where he can learn, grow, and succeed. This opportunity means so much to Matt, and were incredibly proud of the hard work, positivity, and dedication he brings to the team each day.

Anna loves being part of the team at Betty Rae's Ice Cream, and in this video, she shares what she does at work and what having a job means to her.

Meaningful employment is about so much more than a paycheck. It builds confidence, independence, friendships, new skills, and a sense of purpose. For many of the individuals we serve, having a job also means staying active, productive, and being part of a team that values their contributions. Through opportunities like these, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can showcase their talents, contribute to their communities, and thrive.

At Inclusion Connections, we're committed to creating pathways to meaningful employment, but we can't do it alone.
