Beacon Animal Rescue is charting a new course for cats and dogs in need of a safe harbor!
(205)

Beacon Animal Rescue is a small non-profit organization made up of volunteers dedicated to saving unwanted and unclaimed cats and dogs destined for euthanasia in the municipal animal shelters of southern New Jersey. Through sterilization, vaccination, socialization, humane training methods and necessary medical treatment, Beacon strives to comfort, rehabilitate and ultimately place the animals in our care into safe and loving homes. Beacon further endeavors to educate the community about the necessity of reducing the number of homeless animals through spaying and neutering and advocating for the responsible and humane treatment of all companion animals.

Are you looking for a new best friend? Jersey from Beacon Animal Rescue is the perfect candidate!

In our new series, we'll be featuring adoptable animals across the county, like Jersey, who are looking for their forever home. This good boy loves playing fetch, squeaky toys, and cuddling after long days running around chasing balls!

This playful 1 year old girl Skye is ready for her forever home! Skye is a playful girl at heart, always ready to run around the play yard with her toy, or with another puppy friend. She has grown to love the big red ball with a rope around it and doesn’t care if she hits herself in the process 😆

This smiley girl is available to see 2-5 weekdays and 12-3 weekends!

This past week Karson, Angel and Kally were lucky enough to take a field trip to Borgata as part of their employee wellness fair! Employees got to play, feed and cuddle these wonderful pups while the pups got a new wonderful experience (and snuck in a hand of blackjack or two 😆). Huge thank you to the staff at Borgata for making this an incredible experience all around and for supporting our life-saving mission ❤️
